Stage Jüterbog-Lutherstadt Wittenberg
The route between Jüterbog and Lutherstadt Wittenberg, also known as Luther-Tetzel-Weg, people have managed 500 years ago on foot.
With the historic city center, the Zinna Monastery and the cultural quarter Mönchenkloster Jüterbog is definitely worth a longer stay. In the district of Niedergörsdorf, somewhat away from the city, you should plan a visit to the cultural center "DAS HAUS" at the beginning of this stage. Here, the permanent exhibition "Old Camp - 1870 to Today" provides information about the military history of the village. In the small farm store, next to the tourist information in the HAUS, you can still find a small provision for the further journey.
Past the wedding mill Dennewitz, one passes in the villages of the Vorfläming again some of the typical Fläming churches. Next stop should be the farmer museum in Zahna. It offers insights into the life of farmers around 1920 and displays an extensive collection of tractors that will amaze young and old alike.
Finally, the bike path leads past the sculpture park Bülzig until after 10 more kilometers you cycle into the city of the Reformation - Lutherstadt Wittenberg.

Whoever wants to enjoy a coffee or a refreshing drink in nature just before Lutherstadt Wittenberg can stop at the Kölsoer Mühle, about 7 km southeast of Zahna. In the middle of the Wittenberg Vorfläming, the mill is a popular destination for cyclists.
And on the nature experience place, directly beside the mill, small and large can experience in playful way much worth knowing over the nature of the Fläming as well as over energy and high-voltage lines.
In Lutherstadt Wittenberg, many supraregional cycling routes converge. On the market square, the Berlin-Leipzig cycle path intersects with the Elbe Cycle Path, European Cycle Path R1 and the Coal | Steam | Light | Lakes - Cycle Route.
Plan here, for example, a few days longer, and undertake a star ride on the Europaradweg in the Bauhaus city of Dessau or on the Elbe cycle path in the Garden Kingdom of Dessau-Wörlitz.
