Alaris Butterfly Park

In the 1000m² extensive tropical landscape of the Alaris Butterfly Park, you can observe over 140 butterfly species in all sizes and colors. With a bit of luck, you can observe the mating and even the hatching of these beautiful creatures.

In addition to the typical spring representatives such as the Asian knight butterflies, you can also see the Indian leaves, the bright blue sky butterflies and the nimble banana butterflies soaring through the air. The first Atlas silk moths also hatch in April. With wingspans of up to 30 cm, they are the giants among butterflies.

Guided tours of the Alaris Butterfly Park
Visitor groups can take part in a guided tour of the butterfly park by prior arrangement. Project days are also offered for school classes this year, which ideally complement biology lessons.

Every year, the Alaris Butterfly Park invites you to a magical evening in the illuminated rainforest with entertaining guided tours including a snack and lots of interesting facts about the most beautiful representatives of the insect family.
